Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Dispatch, delivery, tracking and responsibility for receiving orders.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver world wide. Any exclusions or postcode restrictions will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

2. Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is after dispatch, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or agreed with you.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed. We will provide updates where reasonably possible.

3. Charges

Standard delivery charges are FREE. Premium, remote-area, pallet or installation-related charges will be shown before order completion.

4. Large or heavy products

Some robotic lawn mowers, pool cleaners, docking stations or accessories may be delivered in large or heavy parcels. You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location. Unless installation is expressly included, delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, installation, boundary-wire fitting, pool setup or removal of packaging.

5. Tracking and missed delivery

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave instructions, attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery may be charged where lawful and reasonable.

6. Inspection and damage

Please inspect the outer packaging and product promptly. Report visible transit damage, missing items or delivery discrepancies to info@veya.help as soon as reasonably possible, with photographs where available. A prompt report helps us investigate but does not remove your legal rights.

7. Delays and non-delivery

Contact us if your order has not arrived by the estimated date. Where delivery is materially delayed, we will explain available options. Unless otherwise agreed, the legal default is delivery within 30 days after the contract is formed.

8. Risk

For consumer orders, risk passes when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
