Terms of Service

1. Terms of Service

Terms governing use of veya.help and purchases made through the store.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. About us

Veya is operated by Veya, whose registered or principal business address is in the US and UK. You can contact us at info@veya.help.

2. These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you browse veya.help, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images and prices are accurate. Images are illustrative and screen settings may affect colour. Product dimensions, runtime, coverage and performance can vary according to the environment, installation, maintenance and manufacturer guidance.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your lawn, pool, floor type, property layout, power supply, connectivity and intended use before ordering. Where manufacturer compatibility tools or installation requirements apply, you should review them before purchase.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you place your order.

Payment must be authorised by your payment provider. We may use third-party payment processors and do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation expressly accepting your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, fraud is suspected, or legal or regulatory restrictions apply. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

Risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

7. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and obtain remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and Warranty and Faulty Goods Policy. These policies do not reduce your statutory rights.

8. Accounts and website security

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our business.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, scrape content at scale, use the website for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others.

10. Manufacturer apps and third-party services

Some products may require or work with manufacturer apps, cloud services, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, mapping systems or third-party accounts. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect our responsibilities as the seller of the goods.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep you informed.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The terms in force when your order is accepted will govern that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@veya.help.
